Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (Privileges and Immunities) (Amendment) Regulations 2011

Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (Privileges and Immunities) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, which are deemed to have come into operation on 22 December 2010, inserts a new regulation (Regulation 3A that deals with the privileges and immunities of the Director of the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration) into the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (Privileges and Immunities) Regulations 1996.
